For the Orchard Park Mall location upgrade in Kelowna, we were proud to partner with Acera Insurance and Primaris REIT to bring a refreshed, modernized presence to the space—one that reflects both the values of the Acera brand and the elevated standards of Orchard Park Mall. The design emphasized a sophisticated balance of natural materials—warm wood tones, clean stone finishes, and subtle textures—to convey a welcoming atmosphere with a confident, professional edge. The goal was to create an environment that mirrors Acera’s commitment to trust, reliability, and strength, while remaining accessible and visually aligned with the mall's contemporary aesthetic.

Acera Insurance, a proudly 100% Canadian-owned company, served as a meaningful source of inspiration for the design direction. Drawing from the company’s name—rooted in Acer, the scientific name for the maple tree—we aimed to reflect that same sense of stability, resilience, and deep local roots in the physical space. The result is a functional yet refined environment that supports both the client experience and the company’s forward-thinking approach to insurance.
