Think Outside The Box Office Space

This highly-private, international client commissioned us to create a spectacular office space. Their key direction to us: “think outside the box”. They requested a unique, highly-motivating space to provide team members with distinct areas to effectively brainstorm ideas and let their creativity flow.

Our challenge was to use the existing layout of the previous commercial tenants’ space and create a unique design primarily through applied finishes. A few structural changes were undertaken including the significant challenge of adding an internal stairwell through the concrete structure. The stair design and unique light fixtures are an exceptional design accomplishment.
