Hemmerling Law & Associates contacted us for their new offices located in a brand new building with historical details. Starting with a blank slate space is always great as the layout can be tailored to suit the business needs. The office totals 8 private offices with a reception, boardroom, and assembly room, allowing the firm to grow within the space. Each office has access to natural light and the team members can also enjoy and outdoor patio on warmer days.

We were definitely influenced by the exterior of the brick building and incorporated that into the interior. We created intimate and focal areas by dropping a wood slatted ceiling from the exposed ceiling in the entry and boardroom. The warm tones of the brick and darker wood are reminiscent of your local coffee house and create a relaxed yet corporate environment.
